Free Stuff to Supplement The Zones of Regulation Curriculum
Further supplement strategies for managing emotions and sensory needs as part of their social emotional learning with these free, timely strategies and tools when specifically using The Zones of Regulation curriculum to help individuals ages 5-18+. Using a cognitive behavior therapy approach, the Zones of Regulation learning activities are designed to help students recognize when they are in different states called “zones,” with each of four zones represented by a different color. Students also learn how to use strategies or tools to stay in a zone or move from one to another.

Learning to self-regulate our Zones is hard, serious work that takes time and lots of practice.
